Board of Directors Meetings Third Sundays of Each Month Motley Design Group Offices, 1114 Grand Avenue Meetings of the PTM Board of Directors are generally open to everyone. The agenda varies, but every meeting is dedicated to coordinating PTM's efforts to make a better museum. 2018 Meeting Schedule: January 21 February 18 Annual Meeting of the membership - Saturday, March 3 March 18 April 22 May 20 June 17 July 15 August 19 September 16 October 21 November 18 December 16 PTM's committees are where the real work gets done. Please consider joining one and put your stamp on the trolley museum! Volunteer opportunities: TROLLEY CORPS - Docent program - museum staffing, upkeep, and trolley restoration RELOCATION COMMITTEES All meetings held at Motley Design Offices, 1114 Grand Avenue, Phoenix. Contact PTM for updated regular meeting dates. Facilities Committee - Planning and development of physical museum facilities. Museum Operations Committee - All aspects of museum's function, interpretation, programming, personnel/docents. Relocation Logistics Committee - Planning and execution for relocation of the museum's collections and other property Fundraising Committee - identification and development of grants, donors, and sponsorships.
